Our Mission
At LM Tennis Academy, our mission is to go beyond technique—we’re dedicated to developing confident, resilient players who build a lifelong love for the game. Our USPTA-certified coaches bring a strong foundation in education and a passion for teaching, continuously enhancing their knowledge through year-round workshops and certifications.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio, ensuring personalized attention and a more focused learning experience. Through structured match play, group clinics, and a supportive environment, we help players of all levels grow both on and off the court.
Coach Lindsey, Director
Lindsey is a USPTA and PTR certified tennis professional with over 15 years of coaching experience. A former top varsity singles player in high school and at Diablo Valley College, she continued her collegiate tennis career competing at the NCAA Division II level with Holy Names University.
Beyond her tennis background, Lindsey earned a master’s degree in Educational Counseling and has experience as a K–12 substitute teacher in the San Mateo School District. She brings her passion for youth development to the court, believing that tennis teaches far more than athletic skills-it builds resilience, discipline, and confidence that serve players both on and off the court.
Coach Kristina
Coach Kristina holds a master’s degree in Sports Science and Physical Education from the University of Belgrade and has over five years of coaching experience.
She volunteered as a tennis coach for children with special needs, reflecting her dedication to inclusivity and community development. Prior to relocating to California, she further broadened her expertise as an injury prevention and strength and conditioning coach at a premier youth soccer club in Florida, where she played a key role in optimizing athlete performance and reducing injury risks. Kristina is passionate about helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their athletic abilities and foster a love for tennis.
Coach Yvonne
Yvonne is a passionate tennis coach with over 20 years of experience in the sport. For nearly a decade, Yvonne hosted and organized Bay Area tennis meetups, creating a welcoming space for beginners to learn the game and gain confidence on the court.
In her coaching, Yvonne focuses on introducing kids to the sport of tennis. Beyond her tennis experience, she was a middle school math teacher in China. Yvonne is proud to be part of the LM Tennis community, where she’s dedicated to nurturing young players’ growth, confidence, and love for the game
